Hire is month to month, rental runs 12 to 36 months, a lease runs 36 to 60 months at the lowest monthly cost.

Yes, trade in and upgrade options are available on machines we sell.

What is the difference between hire, rental and lease?
Hire is month to month with everything included and no fixed term. Rental is a fixed term of one to three years at a lower monthly figure. Lease is three to five years at the lowest monthly figure. All three include service, parts and toner. The right one depends on how predictable the next few years look for your business.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Month to month hire has no fixed term. Rental and lease have terms, and cost less per month because of it, but you choose.
Is toner really included?
Yes. Toner, parts, service call outs and support are all inside the monthly figure. Paper is the only thing you buy.
What if the machine is too small or too big for us?
We swap it. There is no penalty for moving to a different model during a hire, and on a rental or lease we sort it with you rather than leave you on the wrong machine.
Can we hire an ex rental or reconditioned machine?
Yes, and for many offices that is the best value. Our ex rental machines come from our own fleet, with a service history we know because we did the servicing.
Do you set up scanning and scan to email?
Yes. Installation includes printing from every computer that needs it, scanning to folders and scan to email, and a walk through for your team.
What happens if we move office?
We move the machine and set it up again at the new address.
Can we buy the machine at the end?
Yes. At the end of a rental or lease you can hand it back, keep going, move to a newer model, or buy the one you have. On a hire you can buy it at any time.
